Maharah’s GAC signs SPA to buy full stake of El Seif, Saudi Medicare in Care Shield

Maharah Human Resources Co. (Maharah) said its fully-owned subsidiary, Growth Avenue Co. (GAC) signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) to fully acquire the 41.36% stake held by El Seif Commercial Investment Co. Ltd. and Saudi Medicare Co. Ltd. in Care Shield Holding Co. (Kingdom Hospital & Consulting Clinics).

The SPA sets some preconditions to the deal closure, including obtaining a non-objection certificate from the General Authority for Competition and fulfilling other necessary approvals, Maharah said in a statement to Tadawul.
